​Fiorillo Fitness LLC's Vertical Jump and Speed Camps utilize proven and researched training methods to increase an athlete's proper jump and agility techniques, strength and power development, and injury prevention.

Fiorillo Fitness LLC

Fiorillo Fitness LLC is owned and operated by Lou Fiorillo, a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Fiorillo is a former Corning-Painted Post Area School District teacher and coach. During his tenure in the Corning district, Fiorillo coached football, wrestling, volleyball, basketball, cross country, indoor track, and outdoor track. While leading the district’s cross country and track programs, Fiorillo coached his teams to numerous league and sectional titles, including the New York State Federation Track and Field Outdoor championship in 2008.

Over the past six years Fiorillo has worked with countless teams and individuals from across the Southern Tier, helping them improve performance through enhanced speed, power, and vertical jump.
